Cancellation Policy

We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel/reschedule your arranged appointment. In such situations, we respectfully request that our clients provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid being charged the full cost of your grooming appointment. This will allow our staff significant time to fill this slot with another client.
