Cancellation Policy

Desilu's will no longer routinely waive charges for grooming appointments when pets do not arrive as scheduled, or for appointments that are cancelled without 24 hours' notice.

Full charges for the services missed will be collected with payment for the next follow-up appointment.

With the exception of legitimate emergency situations, cancellation fees will be waived only if we are able to fill your appointment time.
