Desilu’s will make every effort to make your pet’s experience as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. It is important to understand, however, that all pets respond to grooming differently, and even with best efforts some pets may not respond positively.
We recommend you take these simple steps to reduce your pet’s stress & anxiety:
- Allow time for your pet to relieve himself or herself shortly before arriving for your appointment. Collection bags are available at no charge.
- Inform your Groomer of any pre-existing physical, medical, or emotional conditions that may affect your pet during grooming.
- Pick up your pet at the scheduled time after grooming is complete so he/she can return to familiar surroundings as soon as possible.
